very poor service red island cafe in kuantan

when i was planing have a lunch with my friend.... so go to new opening red island cafe in kuantan..around indian town putra square.......
but u know what.... when i was 1st day go there the director so bad to drive with my friends go out.... say " 2day we don want do ur business, our customer to reserve a whole theatre " but that day is raining i with my friends also find the place to escape the raining...... then never mind we cum back next day.....
the next day i with my friends cum again that place... there place so poor and dirty coz have a lot of house fly around there... and the staff so damn services do anything so slow... order anything also give wrong food 2 us... and i know there some customer have already book the table... he also cancel it say we dun have receipt ur appointment ....... wah ... like that also can..... and those director and staff just serve those rich guy see those who drive so luxurious car only......i with my friends just eat at half only.....then the director calling the staff take the bill need us to pay 1st...... scare we doesn't have money to pay..... so i just to pay it..... then the staff faster cum 2 our table 2 collect haven't finish the food and drinks..... those food so bad no taste..... services so bad also need 2 collect 10% services tax..... the director impolite talking to customer like wan to fight....
those staff it seen doesn't have training ...... and the menu we wan 2 order also dun have.... they say not time 2 cooking.... not enough staff 2 working... there have above 10 staff working... but staff just chat . when the customer calling need 2 order.... their eyes dun known see what......

i wana say just all....
who those wan go there hi-tea...
please consider 1st....>.<
